Our Brokerage Structure: We operate on a commission model, charging 1 to 2% of the sale consideration from each party, covering both the buyer and the seller. The exact percentage is contingent upon the deal size or overall negotiated value.

Payment Terms: 

For the seller, our fees are to be paid following the agreed-upon payment plan with the buyer, aligning/ coinciding with the buyer's payment schedule. 

As for the buyer, the full fees are due upon the property registration.
