Our Brokerage Structure:


Our brokerage fee is set at 1.5 to 2.5% of the sale consideration from both parties, encompassing both the buyer and the seller. In instances where the seller is identified as a village bhumidar and is unwilling to cover our brokerage, the full 3 to 5% brokerage responsibility is shifted to the buyer. The exact percentage is contingent upon the deal size or overall negotiated value.


Payment Terms:


For seller, our fees are to be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment plan with the buyer (as and when the buyer makes the payment). As for the buyer, full brokerage fees must be paid upon the land registry.
